QuotaOps summarizes public AI quota resets, grants, rules and incidents, with subscriptions and source evidence. It is an independent information service; listed providers do not imply affiliation, agency or endorsement. M0 provides no payments, top-ups or private account usage queries.

Status and scope

Announced means an official signal with evidence was found, not that every account has received a reset. Landed requires manual confirmation and remains subject to provider region, plan and account conditions. Incident recovery does not imply a quota reset. Check original sources and scope; corrections and retractions remain on the event page.

Notifications and availability

Platform acceptance does not guarantee reading or inbox placement. Upstream delays, networks, platform quotas and quiet hours affect arrival. You may change or cancel subscriptions at any time. Service changes and interruptions are reflected in site status and operator notices; provider benefits and usage outcomes are not guaranteed.

Accounts and use

Only bind email, Telegram and bots you are authorized to manage, and protect verification links and sessions. Do not abuse APIs, bypass limits, submit malicious content or impersonate official sources. Use public APIs within published limits. Source material belongs to its rights holders; retain source links when quoting.

Test release and final terms

This text describes implemented product behavior. Before launch, the operator must confirm identity, dispute handling, governing law and other legally required terms. Missing operator details keep this page explicitly marked as a test.
