Data we store

We store the email or Telegram identity, group bot configuration, nickname, language, timezone, plan tags, subscriptions, self-reported cards and recovery windows, verified notification channels, feedback and consent you provide, plus necessary session, security and delivery records. We do not request provider passwords, cookies or private usage. Contacts and group webhooks are encrypted at rest. Public events retain original source text, links and transition evidence.

Purposes and consent

We use this data to verify identity, send requested event alerts, process feedback and maintain reliability and security. Marketing consent is separate from event alerts. Non-essential visit, sharing and promotion analytics follow your cookie choice; unmeasurable visits are not invented as conversions.

Cookies and analytics choices

Identity sessions last up to 90 days and language preferences up to 12 months. When analytics are permitted, first-touch attribution lasts up to 30 days; cookie choices last 12 months. Visitors in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or an unknown region receive no non-essential tracking cookies before acceptance. Declining does not block browsing or subscriptions. Change or withdraw your choice using the footer cookie settings.

Service providers and transfers

Depending on enabled services, data may be processed by database and hosting providers, email delivery, Telegram, WeCom, Feishu and enabled browser push, Discord, Slack, Twilio, Aliyun, LINE, Solapi/Kakao and WeChat services. Assisted classification receives public source content for review. Transfers depend on the final hosting and service configuration. Before launch, operator details, processor names, regions, contacts and applicable processing grounds must be confirmed here; this test text does not replace them.

Retention and deletion

Analytics are retained for 13 months, event delivery logs for 180 days, and public evidence long term. Account deletion stops alerts immediately; personal data is removed after 30 days, with backups retained for up to another 30 days. Suppression identities use irreversible hashes to prevent unwanted contact. Expired verification tokens, exports and temporary verification-link tasks are cleaned according to their validity.

Manage your data

Signed-in settings let you update your profile and subscriptions, disable or remove channels, withdraw marketing consent, request a JSON export or delete your account. Export links expire in 24 hours. Notification emails include unsubscribe links.
